Garment Care:
Q: How do I care for my clothing?
A:  - Wash your clothing at 30 Degrees
     - Let it drip dry
     - Iron on reverse
     - Rock it and take fabulous photos (don't forget to tag us @paperpressireland!)
Delivery
Q: When will my order be dispatched? 
A: Please allow between 10-15 working days for your item to be dispatched.

Q: Who do you use to ship your orders?
A: Our standard shipping option is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class for UK and NI orders and AnPost for our Republic of Ireland orders. 

Q: How long will delivery take?
A. 2nd Class delivery usually takes around 2-3 working days after dispatch. 1st Class is 1-2 days. 
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We allow three working days for an order to be cancelled.


Returns

Q: Can I return my item?

A. We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched. Store credit is given unless a refund is asked for. The refund amount will be minus the cost of the original postage.  Please note we cannot offer free returns. Please note under no circumstances do we accept worn or washed items for return. Any item received after the 14 days period or sent back worn will be returned to sender. 

PERSONALISED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS FAULTY. 

Please include all the following information with you item otherwise we can not process the return. 

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

When we receive your return we will credit your account with the equivalent amount.

Q: How can I get my item(s) exchanged?
A: Please send your item(s) to our returns address, including a note to tell us your order number, name and email address.

Q: What should I do if I was sent an incorrect item?
A: Don't panic! Just get in touch and we'll get you sorted with the correct Item ASAP!

Q: What if my item is faulty?
A: If you have received a faulty, just get in touch & Faulty items are accepted up to 28 days after the delivery date.
